Fitting
Remove the visor and lay it on a clean, soft cloth with the inside facing up. The insert is held by the two pins on the inside of the visor: set one end behind a pin, flex the insert gently and let the other end drop behind the second pin. Run a finger round the silicone edge; it should be in contact with the visor all the way round, otherwise adjust the pins until it is. Refit the visor and check that it still closes against the seal.

One clear Pinlock insert, SKU VZ10075P. The visor is not part of the delivery. If the insert carries a protective film, peel it off only once the insert is in place, and handle it by the edges so that no fingerprints end up sealed between insert and visor.

The insert needs a visor with pins, which is the case for visors intended to take one. There is a single version under this number, universal in size, so once the helmet is right there is nothing else to choose. If you are replacing an existing insert, the number on its packaging should read VZ10075P.
