DescriptionThe whole story▼
Hose 10/10/155-90, Öhlins part number 00637-15. A separating piston or bladder keeps nitrogen and oil apart; if it fails the damping goes with it.

- Dimension A 10 mm
- Dimension B 10 mm
Function
At 10 mm, 10 mm, 155 mm it fits one position only; the next size up carries a different number. Öhlins pressure-tests its hoses because a reservoir line carries the full gas charge. The separating piston or bladder inside keeps gas and oil apart; if it fails, the damping goes with it. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it.
Genuine Service Part
Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.
How to Be Sure It Fits
00637-15 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Check dimension a 10 mm, dimension b 10 mm, dimension c 155 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. The reservoir takes the oil the shaft displaces as it enters the damper. Reservoir caps carry the gas valve and are torqued to a specification.
Fitting and Setup Service
A damper rebuild is workshop work: it needs the unit dismantled, the shim stack rebuilt in the correct order and the gas charge reset. We are an authorised Öhlins service centre and do exactly that in house — send us the unit or ask us to fit the part with your order.
