Why a shorter interval is affordable here

With a disposable panel, every shortening of the cycle turns into a line on a bill, which is precisely why nobody shortens it. A washable element severs that link. Frequency can follow the weather and the roads rather than the budget, and a fortnight behind farm traffic can be answered the same evening it happens.
