Top eyes with an integrated preload adjuster are listed as one part. A worn eye bearing is often mistaken for tired damping. End caps seal the unit and carry the adjusters; they are matched to the tube they close.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00220-01. The published dimensions are dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 26 mm, dimension c 26 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Thread pitch on end caps is specific to the tube they close. Öhlins machines many eyes from the same billet as the damper body.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00220-01

Category: End Eyes

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 26 mm

Dimension C: 26 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00220-01_03a997a3-ca3b-4502-b960-fb175df9f00a.png?v=1788869020
