Öhlins specifies thread-locking compound by position; not every fastener wants it.

Key Features

Öhlins part number 05361-01

Original Öhlins service part

What It Is

There is no measurement to check here — the number and the exploded view identify it. Small parts are what hold a rebuild together — the wrong circlip or washer is enough to fail the job. Öhlins publishes them in the exploded view so a workshop can order the whole position at once. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 05361-01. This position has no published dimension, so the part number is the only reliable identifier. Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler. Thread size and length identify the fastener; substituting a hardware-store equivalent is not sensible in a pressurised damper.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05361-01

Category: Washers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05361-01_b6c28e55-a994-4a19-a8a2-219f6548f355.png?v=1788876548
