Key Features
- Original Öhlins service part
- Öhlins part number 61123-19
- Length 17 mm
- Inner Diameter 22 mm
- Outer Diameter 35.8 mm
Function
This one measures 22 mm, 35.8 mm, 17 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused. Guide bushings set the internal alignment of a cartridge. A worn bushing lets the shaft move off centre, and the seal is the next thing to fail.
Original Öhlins Part
Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.
How to Be Sure It Fits
If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 61123-19. Öhlins states inner diameter 22 mm, outer diameter 35.8 mm, length 17 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Guides and sleeves set the internal alignment of a cartridge. Play at the bushing shows up as a knock over sharp bumps.
Fitting and Setup Service
We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.
