Function
This one measures 12 mm, 34 mm, 0.15 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Changing one shim in a stack alters the damping curve measurably; that is why Öhlins sells them individually rather than only as sets. Öhlins grinds shims to a flatness tolerance because the faces have to seal against each other. Öhlins holds thickness to hundredths of a millimetre because that is the resolution damping changes at.
