Reservoir housings hold the gas charge and are pressure-rated accordingly. Clamps have a specified torque; over-tightening distorts the bore they hold. Öhlins machines housings from solid billet rather than casting them.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins numbers every position so a workshop can order precisely what it needs, not a whole assembly. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

How to Be Sure It Fits

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 61127-02 in this case. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Öhlins machines housings from solid billet rather than casting them. A housing carries adjusters and their seals, so its bores matter as much as its outside.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 61127-02

Category: Brackets

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/61127-02_03834e54-a68d-4c8d-aab1-087b5030ca75.png?v=1788878700
