DescriptionThe whole story▼

A tail tidy is the single change that most alters the look of a Brutale 675. LighTech supplies the KTARMV105 with an approved plate light and an approved reflector. The support size decides the country: A1 is the German format.

Key Features

  • Brackets to adjust the position of the indicators and the reflector
  • 100 % Made in Italy
  • Covers the Brutale 675 across 6 model years (2012 to 2017)
  • A stock LighTech item
  • Listed for the MV Agusta Brutale 675
  • All mounting hardware included

A1 Is the German Size

Choose the plate support by country, not by looks. For a German plate you want A1 (178 × 178 mm). A2 is for France and Switzerland, A3 for Spain, B1 for North America and Portugal, B2 for Korea, B3 for Japan. The A sizes use a carbon-PA12 composite support, the B sizes an aluminium one.

Why a Plate Holder

The rear mudguard assembly is designed by regulation, not by eye. LighTech states the KTARMV105 was developed in full compliance with the road code. A stock item rather than a special order.

Fitment

Fitment is the Brutale 675 across 2012 to 2017. Two things decide the fit: the model-specific holder and the plate support size — A1 for Germany. Ask before ordering if anything is unclear — it is quickly answered.

In the Workshop

Work with the Brutale 675 on its stand and the seat removed where needed. Test all functions with the ignition on before the first ride. Nothing on the Brutale 675 is altered permanently.

What You Get

What arrives is the part itself. The optional screw kit TAR025 is the only extra, and it is cosmetic.

Approval

The approved parts in this kit are the lamp and the reflector, not the holder. What LighTech declares about the holder and what a German inspector checks are not the same thing. One call to your inspection body settles the position question for the Brutale 675.
