The JP ACC DU020 takes the SuperSport 950 S's throttle rotation down to sixty degrees, which is a track rider's answer to a figure chosen for a showroom.

The Loaded Version
Ohlins at both ends and the full electronics package. It is the SuperSport bought by riders who intend to use the performance rather than the practicality.
Grip Rubber
The tube takes a standard grip. Anybody moving an expensive pair across should expect to cut the old ones off rather than persuade them.
Learning It Takes One Session
The first few corners feel abrupt because the hand is still travelling the old distance. By the end of an afternoon the new sweep is the one the wrist expects.
Torque at the Bar
The clamp screws are small and thread into aluminium. The figures are low and worth looking up rather than guessing at on a handlebar.
Nothing Is Cut
No wire is stripped, no connector replaced and no bracket modified. The change is entirely mechanical with one plug moved across.
Track Days
Repeated hard exits from slow corners are where a long throttle sweep costs time and comfort. That is the situation this part was drawn for.
The Part Nobody Reads About
The reset. It appears in one line of the manufacturer's own description and it is the single most important sentence in it.
Gloves and the Seasons
Thick winter gloves eat rotation and change where the hand can sit. A shorter sweep means the summer position still works in January. It also means a cold hand has less margin, which is the same fact from the other side.
In the Wet
Less rotation for the same opening leaves less room for a cold, wet hand to be gentle. The riding mode helps and the mechanical ratio does not care about the weather. It is the clearest argument for keeping the standard assembly reachable.
