DescriptionThe whole story▼
Listed by the manufacturer as a windscreen. It is solid carbon throughout: no glazing, no clear section, nothing to look through. You see over it, not past it.
Key Features
- Opaque carbon deflector, no transparent panel
- Autoclave-cured 200 Plain weave, four finishes
- Uses the factory screen mounting points
- Replaces the standard screen with a low fixed profile
- Also listed for the 1200 and 1260
You Give Up Less Here Than on the Bigger Bikes
This is the honest case for the part on a 950. The standard screen on this model is the shortest in the Multistrada range and the least effective of them at speed, so the protection you are trading away is the least of the family to begin with.
That does not make it nothing. At a hundred and thirty on an autobahn you will notice, and a pillion will notice more. But an owner who already finds the standard screen marginal is giving up far less than someone stepping off a 1260.
Who Should Not Buy It
Anyone whose 950 does long motorway days, and anyone who carries a passenger regularly. For them the sensible move is a taller screen, not a shorter one. Keep the original either way: the swap back takes minutes.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ducati Multistrada 950, model years 2017 to 2021, on the original screen mounting points.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. A change of screen height alters the airflow the rider sits in and is something some inspectors look at.
Fitting
Undo the original screen, lift it off, put this in its place. Nothing is drilled and nothing is cut.
