DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Sintered (ST) version of Accossato's AGPP91 rear pad fits the Zero S from 2014 to 2017 and the 2024 model, while the years 2018 to 2023 are not part of the listing. It suits owners who ride the S in all seasons, often with a passenger or a loaded top box. The sintered mix is designed to keep its grip steady in heat and cold and to hold on well when the road is wet.

Key Features

  • AGPP91 rear pads for the Zero S 2014-2017 and 2024
  • Model years 2018 to 2023 not listed by Accossato
  • Sintered (ST) compound
  • Steady grip at all temperatures, says Accossato
  • Good hold on wet roads
  • Also offered for this pad: OR, STMX
  • Two pads per box

Construction and Material Quality

According to Accossato, the sintered compound maintains a high, constant grip level at both high and low temperatures and grips well in the wet. On the rear of an electric naked bike ridden in all weather, that stability makes the pedal predictable. The company's pads are also designed to limit heat build-up and to wear slowly, so a sintered set on the rear tends to last.

Top Box, Pillion and Wet Tarmac

Add a top box and a passenger to the Zero S, and weight shifts towards the rear wheel. The rear brake then carries a bigger share of each stop, especially on wet tarmac, where riders tend to brake more gently and use both ends. A sintered rear pad is meant to answer with the same feel whether the day is cold or warm. After riding in rain or on salted winter roads, rinse the rear caliper with clean water and check that the piston moves freely. Replace the brake fluid at the recommended interval to keep the pedal firm.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the Zero S ZF8.5 and ZF11.4 (2014), ZF9.4 and ZF12.5 (2015), ZF9.8 and ZF13.0 (2016 and 2017), and ZF14.0 (2024). Nothing is listed for 2018 to 2023. Front pads for the S are AGPA92 for 2015 to 2017 and AGPA96 for 2024. Fit both rear pads together, pump the pedal until firm and bed them in with moderate stops.

Road Approval

No ABE or test documents are available to us for this item, which is why it is offered for sport and competition.
