DescriptionThe whole story▼

A Triumph Daytona 675 that is ridden all year, through wet spring days and cold autumn mornings, needs a rear brake that does not change its character with the weather. Accossato's AGPP91 rear pad in the Sintered compound is designed for that. It is listed for the Daytona 675 from 2013 to 2018 and suits riders who use their sports triple as everyday transport as well as for fun.

Key Features

  • Rear pad set AGPP91 for the Triumph Daytona 675, 2013 to 2018
  • Sintered compound, reference AGPP91ST
  • Accossato: high grip that stays constant across temperatures
  • Responds well in the wet
  • Consistent pedal feel
  • Good for all-season riding
  • Other compounds on this plate: OR and STMX
  • No approval paperwork, competition use

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato explains that its Sintered compound keeps a high grip level that stays constant at low and high temperatures and holds up in wet conditions. On the rear of a Daytona 675 used through the year, that gives a pedal that feels familiar on a cold, wet morning and on a warm summer evening.

A Year-Round Daytona

A sports bike used every day meets rain, road salt and cold far more often than a fair-weather machine. In those conditions the rear brake is useful for gently settling the bike before a bend or on a slippery surface, and a sintered pad responds reliably on a wet disc. It also holds its feel if the brake gets warm on a long descent. For Daytona 675 owners who do not store the bike in winter, it is the practical rear compound.

Maintenance

Rear calipers attract dirt and winter salt more than any other part of the bike, so clean the pistons carefully before pushing them back. Check the disc, replace old fluid, fit both pads and pump the pedal until firm. Bed the pads in with gentle stops.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the Daytona 675 Triple from 2013 to 2018. The rear listing does not include the 2009 to 2012 bikes. At the front, AGPA138 fits the Daytona 675 from 2009 to 2018, and Accossato also lists the DK203 disc for the model.

Road Approval

AGPP91ST is supplied without ABE or German approval documents and is intended for competition use.

Scope of Delivery
