DescriptionThe whole story▼

AGPP91 is Accossato's rear pad for the Zero DSR from 2016 to 2017 with the ZF13.0 battery, and this is the Organic (OR) version. Many of these early DSRs now serve as second bikes or reliable commuters, bought used and ridden daily. For that kind of life an organic rear pad makes sense: it goes easy on the disc, works well without warm-up and keeps the silent electric bike quiet when you roll to a stop.

Key Features

  • AGPP91 rear pad set for the Zero DSR 2016-2017
  • Organic (OR) mixture
  • Accossato cites longer life and less disc wear
  • Good choice for a second-hand DSR in daily service
  • Gentle, predictable pedal response
  • Other compounds for this pad: ST and STMX
  • Two pads, rear caliper

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato says its organic compound offers longer performance and limits disc wear. For an older DSR that matters twice: the disc may already have seen years of use, and a gentle pad helps it last. The mixture is designed for moderate temperatures, which suits a rear brake used for everyday riding. Accossato, based today in Villastellone near Turin, offers the same pad in two other compounds for heavier or muddier use.

Keeping a Used DSR in Good Shape

If you have just bought a 2016 or 2017 Zero DSR, the rear brake deserves a close look. Check the disc for grooves, see whether the caliper slides freely and inspect the brake fluid, which may be older than the pads. Fitting fresh organic pads is an easy step towards a bike you can trust in daily traffic. When pushing the pistons back, clean them first to avoid forcing dirt past the seals. Then bed the pads in with gentle stops, and let the rear brake settle before relying on it hard.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear caliper of the Zero DSR ZF13.0, 2016 and 2017. The 2023 DSR ZF17.3-X uses AGPA29 at the back. For the front, AGPA92 fits the early bike and AGPA96 the 2023 version. Always renew both rear pads together. A used bike may have been fitted with the wrong pads by a previous owner, so compare the old set with the new one before you close the caliper.

Road Approval

No ABE or approval documentation for these pads has been made available to us, so we list them for competition purposes.

Scope of Delivery
