DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Zero SR is the stronger sibling of the S, and Accossato's AGPA92 front pad covers its 2015 to 2017 editions with the ZF12.5 and ZF13.0 batteries. This is the Organic (OR) formulation. Although the SR pulls harder, many examples of this generation are now ridden as swift, quiet commuters rather than sports machines. For owners who use it that way, the organic pad offers a relaxed, predictable feel, gentle disc treatment and silence at the lights.

Key Features

  • AGPA92 front pads for the Zero SR, 2015 to 2017
  • Listed for the ZF12.5 (2015) and ZF13.0 (2016-2017)
  • Organic (OR) compound
  • Per Accossato: longer performance, less disc wear
  • No warm-up needed on short trips
  • This pad is also sold as ST, EV1, EV2 and ZXC
  • Two pads, one caliper

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's organic mix is described as giving longer performance and limiting wear on the disc. That combination suits a rider who covers a lot of everyday distance: the friction material ages steadily, and the rotor keeps its smooth surface for longer. The organic recipe is at home in the modest temperatures of commuting, not in repeated emergency stops from motorway speed or on a racetrack.

Brisk Commuting with Less Wear

An SR is quick away from the lights, and it is tempting to ride it that way every morning. Yet most of the braking on a commute is light and frequent: easing into a queue, slowing for a roundabout, stopping at a crossing. An organic front pad handles this pattern calmly and with little noise. Combined with the motor's regeneration, which already trims speed when you roll off, the pad often works at low temperatures, where the organic mix is comfortable. Riders who want a gentle, forgiving lever for a daily ride, rather than a sharp track feel, will find this the natural choice.

Fitment and Compatibility

In Accossato's list, AGPA92 sits on the front of the Zero SR ZF12.5 from 2015 and the ZF13.0 from 2016 and 2017. Later SR models of 2019 to 2022 and 2024 use the AGPA96 front pad, and the rear of the SR takes AGPP91. Do not mix old and new pads on one caliper. Clean the piston faces, ease them back into their bores and pump the lever until it is solid again before the first ride.

Road Approval

There are no test documents or German ABE for this product available to us, so we sell it for racing and competition use.
