DescriptionThe whole story▼
Accossato lists the rear pad AGPP91 for the Triumph Tiger 1200 GT range from 2022 to 2025 in its Off-road sintered compound: AGPP91STMX. It is aimed at riders who take the big Tiger off the tarmac, onto gravel tracks, dusty farm roads and muddy forest lanes. On loose ground, the rear brake is the main tool for controlling speed, and grit and water put pads under extra stress. This compound is designed for that environment.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato describes this compound simply as its mixture for off-road riders. On a large adventure bike, that means a rear pad intended to work with dirt, water and grit on the disc, conditions that road pads are not designed for. Accossato's general aims for its pads also apply: slow wear, controlled heat and effective stopping.
Rear Brake on Loose Ground
Off the tarmac, the front tyre has less grip, and many riders rely on the rear brake to control speed on descents and before turns. On a heavy adventure bike like the Tiger 1200 GT, that is especially true on gravel and dirt. A rear pad made for these conditions helps keep the response predictable when the disc is coated in dust or splashed with water from a ford. Riders on the Rally Explorer and Rally Pro versions, which Accossato includes in this listing, are the most likely to use this pad.
Cleaning After a Dirty Day
Mud and sand accelerate wear. After an off-road day, rinse the caliper and disc with clean water, check the pads for uneven wear and remove any stones trapped near the pads.
Fitment and Compatibility
AGPP91 is listed by Accossato for the rear of the Tiger 1200 GT in 2022 and 2023, and for the Tiger 1200 GT Rally Explorer and GT Rally Pro from 2022 to 2025. We have no front pad listed for these bikes. The box holds two pads for the single rear caliper.
Road Approval
AGPP91STMX has no German ABE and no test mark. We sell it for competition use.
Scope of Delivery
