DescriptionThe whole story▼
Named for the International Six Days Enduro, KTM's Six Days edition of the 250EXC ran for more than a decade, from 2004 to 2015, and Accossato covers the whole span with one two-hose braided kit for the front and rear circuit. The fitting can be ordered plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours, with twenty sheath shades for the braid.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2004–2015 250EXC Six Days, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing, matching the stock hose path
- Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- An eleven-year run covered by a single part number
Construction and Material Quality
Both hoses carry a stainless aeronautical braid sheath, with the fitting available either bare in stainless steel or painted across five colours, and the braid itself spanning the usual twenty shades. The routing stays exactly as the Six Days bike left the factory, so fitting the pair is a material swap rather than any rework of the circuit.
An Eleven-Year Run on One Code
Accossato's grouping for this fitment also reaches a cluster of other KTM enduro models built across a similarly long window: an early-2010s 125EXC, a 300EXC and 450EXC spanning most of the same decade, and even a short-lived EXC-R variant from 2008. A newer 250EXC Six Days, from 2024 onward, drops to a single rear hose under a different code entirely. The eleven-year span is unusually long for a single Accossato code, reflecting how little KTM changed the Six Days bike's brake hardware across that decade. Riders should not expect this part to extend past 2015, since a 2016 Six Days bike already falls under one of the two shorter-window fitments listed separately.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the KTM 250EXC Six Days built from 2004 to 2015, and the same part also covers the 300EXC Six Days from 2005 to 2015. For a 2001–2003 or 2016 250EXC Six Days, use the single-hose AGA0277; for 2024–2025 bikes, use the rear-only AGA0282.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
