Every wheel is forged — not cast — from premium aluminium alloy, a process that aligns the grain structure of the metal for superior fatigue resistance. The OZ SBK Racing department shaped the five-spoke geometry to achieve the lowest practical unsprung and rotating weight, so the suspension can react more freely to surface changes and the engine's torque reaches the tarmac with less inertia to overcome. The anodised surface treatment provides genuine corrosion protection and a durable finish that stands up to track use, tyre warmers and repeated tyre changes.
