DescriptionThe whole story▼
This two-hose kit covers the front and rear brake circuit on the GasGas EC 125 enduro, built between 2012 and 2017, following the Standard layout the factory used for this two-stroke machine. The same part is also listed for the larger EC 250 and EC 300 built on closely related chassis, so one braided kit serves the smaller-capacity EC 125 just as well as its bigger-engined siblings, with no change to hose length or routing between any of the three capacities.
Key Features
- Two-hose set covering front and rear on the EC 125
- Same part also covers the EC 250 and EC 300
- Standard (S) layout, matching the original hose routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato winds a tight stainless weave over the pressure line of each hose here, and the fitting at either end can stay bare or go on in red, green, blue, black or gold stainless. That full range of twenty sheath shades gives a rider plenty of scope to match the braid to whatever plastics and graphics are already on the bike.
One Kit Across Three Engine Sizes
GasGas built the EC 125, EC 250 and EC 300 on a shared chassis and brake layout, which is why Accossato lists a single two-hose kit rather than splitting it by engine size. Fitting this kit on the smaller 125 follows exactly the same job as on the larger two-stroke models, with the same two connection points front and rear and no extra brackets to source for any of the three capacities.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the GasGas EC 125 sold between 2012 and 2017, and the identical part also covers the EC 250 (2012–2020) and EC 300 (2012–2020). Check the Fitment tab to confirm which of the three engine sizes and model years matches your own bike before placing an order for this kit.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
