Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. A wrong washer under an adjuster changes the click range without anyone noticing why. Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler.

Genuine Service Part

Buying the individual part rather than a complete assembly is what makes servicing an Öhlins unit worthwhile. An original part keeps the unit within its published specification; a near-equivalent quietly moves it. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

Identifying the Right Part

01069-10 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 37.8 mm, dimension c 10 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Spacers set the internal geometry of the unit, which means their length is a specification and not a filler. Sealing washers are consumables — they take their shape on first assembly and do not seal twice.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01069-10

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 37.8 mm

Dimension C: 10 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01069-10_4c4679f9-bb0d-4d8d-827b-e3eac97c5035.png?v=1788873209
