DescriptionThe whole story▼

Big journeys are the natural habitat of the Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO, and most of those journeys run on paved roads through changing weather. For the 2025 RALLY PRO, Accossato lists rear pad AGPP91, and this is its Sintered (ST) compound. It is designed for riders who travel far with luggage or a passenger, who ride on in the rain rather than wait it out, and who want the rear brake to feel the same at dawn as it does at dusk.

Key Features

  • Rear pad AGPP91 in Sintered (ST) compound
  • For the Triumph Tiger 900 RALLY PRO, model year 2025
  • Accossato: high grip that stays constant hot or cold, and strong wet grip
  • Designed for long trips, pillion and luggage
  • Even pedal feel through changing weather
  • Two pads per box for the rear caliper
  • OR and STMX also available

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato describes the Sintered compound as keeping a high, consistent grip at low and high temperatures and gripping well in the wet. Those two traits cover the conditions a travelling RALLY PRO meets every day. The company's general statements for its pads, a long service life, fade resistance through moderate heat build-up and strong stopping, round out the picture.

Dawn to Dusk in Any Weather

A long day on a RALLY PRO might begin with a cold, misty start, climb over a pass where the brakes heat up on the way down, and end in steady rain on a motorway. With a pillion and full cases, the rear brake plays an important part throughout: settling the bike before corners, holding it back on descents and helping it stop in a straight line on wet roads. A compound designed for constant grip across that range keeps the pedal predictable. For town use with a light load, OR is softer; for regular trail riding, STMX.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP91 for the rear of the Tiger 900 RALLY PRO in 2025. Other RALLY PRO years are not covered by this listing, and our data includes no Accossato front pad or disc for the model. Before a big trip, fit new pads early enough to bed them in, check the disc and fluid, and carry the tools needed for a roadside pad change.

Road Approval

We hold no German ABE or test documents for this pad. It is sold for competition use.

Scope of Delivery
