About this tint
A clear visor has one task: let through as much light as possible, so nothing stands between you and a dim road. It is the visor for evening rides home, headlights in the rain and grey winter mornings. Shark's Range Book notes that the clear version comes pre-equipped for Pinlock, which is exactly what the supplier line "VISOR A.S with PIN for Pinlock" describes.

Of all the tints in this family, clear is the only one Shark classifies as approved for all users (Range Book 2027, page 36). That makes it the everyday visor and the natural spare to carry when you run a mirror during the day, whether it is one of the VZ30046P iridium versions or the light TE50 of this same number.
Where this part belongs
The Spartan RS and Spartan GT Pro, both taken from Shark's own list of compatible visors on shark-helmets.com, visor family VZ300.
Mind the second clear visor for these helmets. VZ30025P is also clear, but the supplier describes it as "VISOR ANTI SCRATCH ANTI FOG" and says nothing about Pinlock pins, whereas VZ30012P is the version with pins for a Pinlock. If you want to run a Pinlock insert, VZ30012P is the one; if you are replacing a visor that carried the anti-fog label, check for VZ30025P.
Keeping it serviceable
Scratches matter more on a clear visor than on any other, because at night oncoming headlights turn every fine line into a streak of light. Wipe only when the surface is wet, with a clean microfibre cloth, and let insects soak off first. Handle the visor by its rim so you do not press on the pins, and dry the space behind a Pinlock insert when water has got in.
Scope of delivery
One clear visor with Pinlock pins in place. Nothing in the supplier data says a Pinlock insert is packed with it, so treat that as not included and order VZ16018P if you need one.
Ordering by part number
Check the number on your old visor or its packaging if you have it. VZ30012P with the suffix INC is this clear, pinned version; the same number with TE50 is the light tinted one. VZ30025P is the clear visor sold under the anti-fog description.
