DescriptionThe whole story▼
On track, every second counts — and a fumbled fuel cap is time you cannot afford to lose. The CNC Racing TSU02 is a precision-machined, Fast Open Racing fuel cap engineered for rapid pit-stop refuelling and a clean, purposeful aesthetic that signals serious intent. CNC-milled from lightweight aluminium and finished in a hard anodised colour coat that resists scratching and UV fade, the TSU02 is the cap you reach for when performance is the only metric that matters.
Key Features
- CNC-milled from high-grade lightweight aluminium for an exact, rattle-free fit every time
- Fast Open Racing mechanism enables ultra-rapid opening and closing — a genuine advantage in timed pit stops and track-day refuelling
- Hard anodised surface finish delivers outstanding scratch resistance and long-term colour stability under race conditions
- Available in four distinct anodised colours — black (TSU02B), gold (TSU02G), red (TSU02R) and bronze (TSU02Z) — for a personalised racing aesthetic
- Designed exclusively for use with CNC Racing fuel flanges, ensuring perfect sealing and a factory-quality interface
Track Performance & Build Quality
The TSU02 was conceived with circuit use at its core. The Fast Open Racing Plug system cuts the time spent wrestling with a conventional screw cap to an absolute minimum, letting mechanics and riders focus on what happens when the pitlane light goes green. The one-piece CNC-milled aluminium body adds negligible mass to the front end of the machine while delivering the structural rigidity needed to withstand repeated rapid-open cycles without wear or play developing over a season of hard use.
The anodised finish is not merely decorative. It forms an integral part of the aluminium surface, penetrating rather than coating the metal, which means it will not peel or flake even when subjected to fuel spillage, heat cycles or abrasive cleaning products routinely used in a race paddock environment.
Road Use
Away from the circuit, the TSU02 rewards riders who appreciate premium detail work. Paired with a matching CNC Racing tank flange, it transforms an otherwise utilitarian component into a cohesive, jewellery-grade feature that elevates the overall presentation of a track-prepared or superbike-spec machine.
Fitment & Compatibility
Important: the CNC Racing TSU02 fuel cap is compatible exclusively with CNC Racing fuel flanges from the following series:
- Carbon series: TSB01, TSB02, TSB03, TSB05
