When the Triumph Scrambler 400 X is loaded with a tail bag for a weekend away, or carries a passenger through a wet evening, the rear brake takes on more of the work. The Accossato AGPP91 rear pad in the Sintered (ST) compound is listed for the Scrambler 400 X from 2024 to 2026 and is intended for riders who use the bike in every season, with extra weight on board, and who want the pedal to respond the same way whether the road is dry, wet, cold or warm.

Construction and Material Quality
The ST version of the AGPP91 uses Accossato's sintered material. The manufacturer describes a grip level that stays high and even whether the pads are cold or have warmed up, and good performance when the disc is wet. On a rear brake working with a passenger or baggage aboard, a constant response is exactly what the rider needs. Accossato also designs its pads to wear slowly and resist fade.
Two Up in the Rain
Carrying a passenger changes the balance of any bike. More weight sits over the rear wheel, so the rear brake can do more useful work, and a smooth application helps to stop the passenger sliding forward. On a wet road that calls for a pedal that responds predictably from the first touch. On the Scrambler 400 X, that is where the ST compound earns its place. Brief your passenger before setting off, brake early and progressively, and after a wet ride rinse the caliper and let it dry.
Fitment and Compatibility
The AGPP91 is catalogued for the rear of the Triumph Scrambler 400 X, model years 2024 to 2026. There is a single rear caliper, so one box is enough. At the front of the same machine Accossato lists the AGPA184. The AGPP91 also comes in Organic and Off-road sintered versions.
Road Approval
No German ABE or other road test document has been provided for this pad. We supply it for track riding and competition.
