When you're pushing your 690 Duke R hard through wet apexes or gravel-strewn back roads, the last thing you need is a rooster tail of mud and grit blasting your shock, chain and undertail electrics. This Puig rear fender extension bolts straight onto your bike's original mudguard, turning it into a proper rear tyre hugger that keeps flying debris where it belongs.

Whether you're lapping a trackday or grinding out miles on a wet commute, this rear fender extension is engineered to take the punishment. The ABS construction is highly resistant to impact, so it holds up against the kind of high-speed spray and stone strikes that would crack a lesser mud flap. It mounts directly over the factory fender, effectively creating a rear splash guard and undertail fender extension in one clean piece.
Installation Notes
The extension fits over the original fender and is secured using the screws supplied by Puig. Fitting does require drilling holes into the original part, so this is a permanent modification best carried out with basic tools and a bit of care.
