DescriptionThe whole story▼

A 125 used as year-round transport sees rain, cold mornings and wet roads, and the rear brake has to cope. For the Voge Brivido R 125 from 2024 to 2026, Accossato offers the AGPP181 rear pad in Sintered (ST) compound. Accossato says it holds a high and constant grip level across low and high temperatures and grips well in the wet. It is intended for riders who do not park the bike when the weather turns.

Key Features

  • AGPP181 rear pad by Accossato, Sintered (ST) compound
  • Listed for the Voge Brivido R 125, 2024-2026
  • Accossato: steady grip hot or cold, strong in the rain
  • For year-round riding and wet commutes
  • Predictable rear brake on slippery roads
  • Box contains the two pads for the rear caliper
  • An OR version is also offered

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato's sintered compound is designed for consistency across conditions. Its claimed strengths are a grip level that does not change much with temperature and a good bite on a wet disc. The general Accossato promises complete it: slow wear, heat under control to reduce fade and strong stopping.

Rain, Cold and Winter Commutes

For many young riders, the Brivido R 125 is their only transport, which means it is ridden in November as well as in June. On wet roads and cold mornings, a rear brake that behaves the same every time helps keep the bike calm, especially when grip is low. The ST compound is designed for that consistent response. It also copes with the spray and grime that a rear disc collects on winter roads. If the bike is used mainly in dry weather and in town, the OR version is gentler on the disc.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists AGPP181 for the rear of the Brivido R 125 from 2024 to 2026, while AGPA121 is listed for the 2023 to 2024 bikes. Owners of a 2024 model should therefore check the caliper or compare the old pads before ordering. One box covers the rear caliper. Clean the piston before pushing it back, check the fluid and the disc and pump the pedal to pressure after fitting.

Road Approval

We cannot supply ABE or German test paperwork for AGPP181ST. It is sold for racing and competition.
