Why the Body Is Wider

Because the Trumpet flares. Where a straight-cut case ends at forty-seven millimetres, the Trumpet's bell is wider, and the insert has to seat inside that larger opening rather than in a narrower one behind it.

The consequence for the buyer is simple: an insert from any other Spark family will fall straight through. Sixty point five is the only figure that works here.

The Bore Stays the Same

Thirty-two millimetres through the middle, the same as the Classic and Sinfonia inserts. Spark keeps the restriction constant across the vintage families and varies only what it takes to seat the part, which means the three cases behave similarly with their inserts fitted.
