The JP ES 011 is fitted to the Panigale 1299 S when the side stand goes, and it is also what owners reach for when the original switch has failed with age.

Keep the Switch and the Bracket
They go back on their own fasteners with nothing needing replacement, and having them is what turns an inspection, a warranty conversation or a sale into something straightforward rather than a search for used parts.
The Interlock Is Not Only the Stand
Ducati's starting logic combines the side stand, the clutch and the gear position sensor, and the controller decides from all three. Answering the stand input changes one term in that decision and leaves the others exactly as they were, which is why the clutch still has to be pulled in to start the engine.
