DescriptionThe whole story▼
The biggest engine in this generation of KTM's SX-F range, the 350, takes its front and rear brake lines from a two-hose kit that has nothing to do with the clutch circuit covered by a separate code for the same 2009–2015 years. Layout S keeps the routing as the factory built it, and the fitting comes either plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.
Key Features
- Two-hose set for the 2009–2015 350SX-F, front and rear
- Standard S-layout routing
- Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- A brake kit distinct from the 350SX-F's own clutch hose, AGC5000
Construction and Material Quality
Stainless braid wraps both hoses, closed at each end with a fitting left bare in stainless steel or ordered painted across five colours, and the sheath itself runs to twenty shades. Nothing about the master cylinder or either caliper connection changes from the bike's own stock layout when fitting the pair.
A Generation Before the Three-Brand Code
This seven-season brake kit predates the 2016–2025 350SX-F's own fitment, AGA0261, which spreads across GasGas and Husqvarna as well as KTM; this older part stays within KTM alone, reaching down to the 125SX and 150SX and across to the four-stroke 250SX-F. Whatever happens to the clutch hose, AGC5000, that code never touches these brake lines. A buyer restoring an older 350SX-F should expect to order the brake and clutch hoses as two separate parts, since neither of this bike's two codes bundles both circuits into one kit. That separation of circuits holds regardless of which painted or plain finish ends up on the final bike.
Fitment and Compatibility
A 350SX-F built between 2009 and 2015 takes this two-hose kit, the identical fitment the 125SX and 150SX use below it and the four-stroke 250SX-F uses alongside it. The clutch circuit on any of those bikes runs on AGC5000 instead. Once the 350SX-F reaches 2016, the brake fitment moves on to AGA0261.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
