DescriptionThe whole story▼
Fitted to the Ducati Hypermotard V2 890 SP (2026), the JP ES 007 PAIR solenoid eliminator bypasses the PAIR system's solenoid valve circuit so the valve can come out cleanly. As with similar emissions-related eliminators, this is a plug-and-play part meant for racetrack and off-road use, not the public road.
Key Features
- Ducati Hypermotard V2 890 SP (2026)
- Plug-and-play device, connects in place of the solenoid valve
- Bypasses the PAIR solenoid valve circuit electronically
- Lets the solenoid valve be removed without ECU complaints
- No cutting or splicing of the bike's wiring loom
The Circuit This Device Replaces
The PAIR system's solenoid valve is wired into the ECU, which expects a specific signal from it at all times. This eliminator takes that valve's place in the circuit, supplying the expected signal so the ECU has nothing to flag.
No Fault Codes After Removal
Pull the solenoid valve out without a workaround and the ECU raises an error. With this eliminator wired in instead, the circuit reads as complete, so removing the physical valve does not trigger a fault.
A Connector Swap, Not an Electrical Job
Installation is limited to connecting this device where the solenoid valve's plug used to sit. There is no splicing into the loom and no need to modify any other wiring on the bike.
Track-Only by Nature of What It Removes
Taking the PAIR solenoid out of the emissions circuit affects the Hypermotard V2 890 SP's road-legal configuration, so this eliminator is intended for racetrack and off-road use, consistent with how parts in this category are generally treated.
One Less Component to Maintain
With the solenoid valve gone and this eliminator in its place, there is one fewer electronically controlled component in the intake circuit, which simplifies that area of the bike for track preparation.
