Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range.

Key Features

Dimension B 196 mm

Dimension A 48 mm

Öhlins part number 21011-25

Original Öhlins service part

Where It Sits

48 mm, 196 mm: that is the whole specification, and it has to match what came out. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately. Outer tubes are specific to the fork model and its travel. Öhlins anodises the bore where the bushings run.

Genuine Service Part

Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 21011-25 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Check dimension a 48 mm, dimension b 196 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21011-25

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 48 mm

Dimension B: 196 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21011-25_82474234-2d42-468c-8379-4346252a55ea.png?v=1788879297
