The spherical bearing in an end eye lets the damper follow the linkage without side load. A spherical bearing in the eye lets the damper follow the linkage arc without side load. Eye width and bore diameter both have to match the chassis mount.

Original Öhlins Part

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. The exploded drawing for your unit names the number; if you do not have it, we do. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue.

Identifying the Right Part

00125-10 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. The published dimensions are dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 52.5 mm, dimension c 13.5 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Thread size and eye diameter identify the part. The eye takes the entire load path from wheel to chassis.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00125-10

Category: End Eyes

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 52.5 mm

Dimension C: 13.5 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00125-10_f1237eca-7a71-4abc-84a4-1af5a1460c6c.png?v=1788868678
