The LighTech OBT008 is that bracket — 60.6 mm tall with 90.3 mm of projection, 10 g. LighTech anodises it black and offers nothing else. Fitting it to a Brutale 800 is a job of minutes, not hours.

Key Features

It is the cheapest visible change on a Brutale 800

10 g of bracket on the Brutale 800

LighTech part number OBT008, listed for the MV Agusta Brutale 800

Sold separately from the reservoir, as LighTech supplies it

Black anodised — LighTech makes this bracket in no other finish

Nothing on the Brutale 800 is drilled, cut or permanently altered

Where the Reservoir Ends Up

The bracket is the part that has to suit the Brutale 800, not the tank. LighTech dimensions the OBT008 to 60.6 mm by 90.3 mm so the hose run stays short on the Brutale 800. One bracket per reservoir — the Brutale 800 needs the tank ordered alongside.

Care and Checks

Anodised aluminium takes brake cleaner badly; keep it off the OBT008. The OBT008 needs no maintenance of its own beyond that.

What It Fits

This listing covers the MV Agusta Brutale 800, 2012 to 2026. The bracket carries the reservoir; check the space on your Brutale 800 before deciding front or rear.

Before You Order

No reservoir is included with the OBT008. It carries the OBT reservoir family (001, 006 and 007), which are ordered separately. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your Brutale 800.

Mounting It

Fitting the OBT008 to a Brutale 800 is a hand-tool job. Mount it so the reservoir sits above the master cylinder on the Brutale 800, never below. Instructions are in the box; the Brutale 800 needs no modification.

Scope of Delivery

The OBT008 is supplied as a single bracket with its fasteners. LighTech keeps it as a stock item.

Road Use and Approval

Anything in the hydraulic circuit of a Brutale 800 is safety-relevant by definition. The OBT008 carries no approval mark. Road use on the Brutale 800 means two steps: clarify it beforehand, test it afterwards.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT008

Type: Reservoir bracket, front

Height: 60.6 mm

Projection: 90.3 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: MV Agusta Brutale 800 (2012 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT008NER_8d979c79-9291-4d10-8eb6-4e9b5d5d93af.png?v=1791205077
https://inter-pace.com/en-ml/products/lightech-reservoir-bracket-front-mv-agusta-brutale-800-2012-2026-obt008
