LighTech's OBT008 carries the reservoir at 60.6 mm height and 90.3 mm out from the mount. The bracket comes black; colour lives on the reservoir, not the mount. It is among the least expensive visible changes you can make to an RC 125.

Key Features

60.6 mm in height, 90.3 mm of projection

Covers the RC 125 across 7 model years (2020 to 2026)

Simple, intuitive mounting — LighTech's own description, and it holds

Decides where the reservoir ends up on the RC 125

Reversible — the original part goes back on the RC 125 any time

Supplied individually for the RC 125

Care and Checks

Vibration finds every loose fastener on the RC 125 eventually. Beyond that the OBT008 asks nothing of you.

The Mount Decides the Fit

Two brackets exist for a reason: height and projection differ front to rear. LighTech dimensions the OBT008 to 60.6 mm by 90.3 mm so the hose run stays short on the RC 125. Black is the only finish LighTech makes it in.

Application

The listing is for the RC 125 and the years 2020 to 2026. Mounting is simple, but where it ends up on the RC 125 is your decision, not a fixed point.

Installation

The OBT008 replaces an existing part on the RC 125 rather than adding one. Check steering lock on the RC 125 once the tank is in place. Instructions are in the box; the RC 125 needs no modification.

Scope of Delivery

The OBT008 is supplied as a single bracket with its fasteners. LighTech keeps it as a stock item.

Order This With It

The OBT008 is a bracket and nothing else. It carries LighTech's reservoir range — OBT001, OBT006 and OBT007, which are ordered separately. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your RC 125.

Approval and Safety

A fluid reservoir is part of the braking system, and German law treats it that way. There is no type approval for the OBT008; we say that plainly rather than bury it. Ask your inspection body about the RC 125 before fitting, and do not skip the bleed.

Technical Data

Brand: LighTech

Part number: OBT008

Type: Reservoir bracket, front

Height: 60.6 mm

Projection: 90.3 mm

Material: Anodised aluminium

Finish: Black only

Fits reservoirs: OBT001, OBT006, OBT007

Weight: 10 g

Fitment: KTM RC 125 (2020 to 2026)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/v_OBT008NER_85fcc20c-3b06-425d-99c1-ad4587b98335.png?v=1791205053
