DescriptionThe whole story▼
The JP ES KIT07 deletes the ZX-10 RR's whole air injection arrangement, connector and cylinder head cover together.
Key Features
- Kawasaki ZX-10 RR (2016–2025)
- Both halves of the secondary air deletion
- Solenoid eliminator and cylinder head cover
- One part number, one fitting session
- No drilling and no splicing
- Every standard part refits afterwards
Built for Rules
Every difference between the RR and the R traces back to a World Superbike regulation rather than to a marketing decision. That is unusual and it shows.
Winglets From 2021
Integrated into the fairing and producing measurable downforce. Kawasaki was among the first manufacturers to homologate them on a road bike.
Both Halves in One Box
The electrical eliminator that satisfies the controller and the cover that closes the cylinder head. Neither one is a deletion on its own and the kit removes the temptation to do only half.
Before the Exhaust Goes On
An aftermarket can usually goes on in the same week. Getting this out of the way beforehand stops the exhaust taking the blame for a crackle that was there before it arrived.
Nothing Is Consumed
No gasket destroyed, no clip broken and no wire cut. The conversion costs time and nothing else at all.
A Realistic Estimate
Two hours for somebody who has not done it before and rather less for somebody who has. Most of that is bodywork and none of it is difficult.
Both Halves Refit
Housing, hose, clips and connector, with nothing consumed. The motorcycle can be returned to standard whenever it needs to be.
An Honest Summary
The overrun goes quiet, a fault code stops appearing and two perishable components leave the engine. Nothing about power or consumption changes.
Five Hundred a Year
Kawasaki builds the RR in the quantities homologation requires and no more, which is why they disappear from allocation lists and why a considerable proportion go straight into competition.
Pankl Connecting Rods
Titanium, from the supplier Kawasaki's racing department uses. They allow the higher rev ceiling that separates the RR from the standard motorcycle.
