DescriptionThe whole story▼

The MY015 fits Accossato's two-toned GR006 grip to the single-cable throttle control body, sold without a cable so it pairs with Accossato's CU002, bought separately, rather than forcing a cable into every box. Unlike the GR001 and GR002 single-cable versions, this grip comes with an actual colour choice: five combinations rather than Accossato's standard, unconfigurable finish. The body is the familiar two CNC-machined, anodised aluminium half-rings used across the MY-series.

Key Features

  • Single-cable quick throttle control, two CNC-machined aluminium half-rings, anodised
  • GR006 two-toned racing grip included
  • Grip available in five colours
  • Sold without cables; compatible only with Accossato's CU002
  • Made in Italy

Construction and Material Quality

Accossato builds the MY015 around the same single-cable mechanism as the rest of the MY011-MY016 range, machined and anodised the same way, but fits the GR006 grip rather than the GR001 or GR002. Where those two grips ship with no listed colour choice on the single-cable body, the GR006 keeps its five-colour range here just as it does on the double-cable MY007, the only part of the specification carried straight across between the two cable systems. The five grip colours are the only configurable option on this listing; cap colour is not offered separately from the grip on the GR006 version.

The One Single-Cable Grip With a Colour Choice

Of the three grips Accossato offers across its single-cable MY011-MY016 range, only the GR006 is listed with a colour option, five in total, while the GR001 and GR002 versions ship in a fixed, unspecified finish. That makes the MY015 the one to choose from this group if matching the grip to the bike's colour scheme matters, provided the missing cable and the CU002-only compatibility are acceptable trade-offs.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato does not name a specific motorcycle for the MY015; it fits any handlebar with a standard throttle-side clamp and a single-cable setup. Because the kit ships without a cable, the CU002 needs ordering alongside it, since Accossato lists no other cable, including the double-cable CU001, as compatible with this body. Riders already running a CU002 from another Accossato throttle control can reuse it here rather than buying a second one, since the reference is shared across the whole single-cable range. Our garage assigns it only to sport and naked bikes with a cable-operated twistgrip – bikes whose grip works purely electronically through a sensor are not offered it, and every assigned model appears in the Fitment tab.

Road Approval

There is no ABE or parts certificate documented by Accossato for the MY015; registration rules depend on the country, so check before road use. The throttle must return to the idle position on its own as soon as the grip is released; check this after fitting, before riding.

Scope of Delivery

1x Accossato MY015 quick throttle control, GR006 grip in the selected colour; cable not included (compatible with Accossato CU002 only).

How long does delivery take?

We’re based in Germany. Standard delivery goes by DHL and national postal services and takes about 2–5 days within Germany, 1–2 weeks within the EU and 2–6 weeks outside the EU. Need it sooner? Express delivery reaches most of the world within a few days — just choose it at checkout where available.

How much does shipping cost?

Your exact shipping cost is calculated by destination and weight and shown at checkout before you pay — no hidden fees. Express delivery is selectable at checkout where available.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes, we ship to over 130 countries. Prices, taxes and delivery times for your destination are calculated automatically at checkout.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

Within the EU, no — our prices already include all duties and EU VAT. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the UK or the USA), your order may be subject to import duties and taxes set by your country. These are collected by the carrier when your parcel arrives, aren’t included in our prices, and are outside our control.
