DescriptionThe whole story

The Daytona 660 is a road bike in sports clothing, and the exhaust is one of the first things owners change. The secondary air system comes off with the standard silencer.

Key Features

  • For the Triumph Daytona 660, 2024–2025
  • Bypasses the PAIR solenoid circuit
  • Removes valve, hoses and reed valves
  • Plug-and-play on the factory connector
  • Shared circuit across the 660 triple family
  • Reversible for a dealer visit

A Triple With Something to Say

The 660 is the most characterful thing about this motorcycle, and the standard exhaust is heavily muffled to meet noise limits. Owners who fit a slip-on to hear it properly discover that a good part of what they then hear on a closed throttle is not the engine at all.

Warranty Applies

These are 2024-on machines. Nothing here is cut or drilled and the loom is untouched, so the bike returns to standard — provided the solenoid, hoses and reed valve housings went into a labelled box rather than a bin.

One Circuit, Three Bikes

The 660 triple powers the Trident, the Tiger Sport 660 and this Daytona, with the same solenoid arrangement in all three. One part covers whichever is on the stand.

None. The secondary air system is emissions equipment covered by the motorcycle's type approval. Closed-circuit and race use only.
