DescriptionThe whole story▼
When you are chasing tenths on the Panigale V4, gut feeling alone is not enough — you need hard data. The I2M Chrome Lite Dashboard transforms your Ducati Panigale V4 or V4 S into a genuine data-gathering platform, combining a high-resolution colour display, GPS laptimer and session data logger in a single plug-and-play unit engineered for track use from 2018 through to 2024.
Key Features
- All-in-one unit: dashboard, GPS laptimer and data logger in one compact system
- 800 x 480 full-colour graphic display with excellent legibility in direct sunlight
- 10 Hz GPS for precise trajectory mapping and speed measurement
- 12 freely configurable high-brightness shift LEDs for instant visual feedback
- 20 pre-loaded circuits with up to 500 laps stored per track and 3 split times per lap
- 1 GB internal storage with data export via USB stick
- CAN-BUS ready for seamless integration with the Panigale V4 electronics
Built for the Track, Refined for the Data-Driven Rider
Every session on a Panigale V4 generates more information than instinct can process. The I2M Chrome Lite captures that information cleanly, displaying lap times, split times, best lap, ideal lap and session summaries in a layout designed to be read at speed. The display is optimised for high-ambient-light environments — whether you are in the pit lane or flat out down the straight — so the data you need is always there when you need it.
The system can render the circuit map directly on screen, allowing you to reposition the finish line and split markers to match any layout. That flexibility, paired with a rider-friendly menu structure that remains navigable even in the heat of a trackday session, makes the Chrome Lite a genuine working tool rather than a cosmetic upgrade.
From Paddock Setup to Post-Session Analysis
Once you are back in the garage, the 1 GB internal memory holds a detailed record of every lap. Export the data to a USB stick, load it into your analysis software and start identifying exactly where time is being gained or lost — corner entry, apex speed, drive exit. The 10 Hz GPS sampling rate gives you the trajectory resolution to make those comparisons meaningful, session after session.
The 12 high-brightness LEDs are individually configurable, so you can set shift points, flag signals or warning thresholds exactly where they serve your riding. Paddock mode and track mode can each be configured independently, keeping the display uncluttered and focused on what matters in each context.
The Right Step Up Without Overcomplicating Things
The Chrome Lite sits in a well-judged position in the I2M range: it gives you professional-grade data acquisition and GPS timing without demanding the investment or the learning curve of a full race data system. If you are a trackday regular ready to move beyond guesswork, or a club racer who wants reliable lap data with a clean, direct connection to the Panigale V4's CAN-BUS, this is the upgrade that closes the gap between riding by feel and riding with purpose.
