Sizes follow the position on the damper or fork they belong to. A decal set is the last step of a rebuild, and it is what makes the unit look finished. Replacement stickers for units that have been refinished or serviced.

Why the Original

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Identifying the Right Part

Part number 01196-01 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Original Öhlins decals in the sizes and colours used on the components themselves. Applied to a clean, dry surface, these last as long as the original.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre.
