Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Both diameters and the length are specification, not approximation. A worn guide shows up as a knock over sharp edges.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins supports its suspension with individual service parts, which is why a fifteen-year-old damper can still be rebuilt to specification. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 61123-09. The published dimensions are inner diameter 24 mm, outer diameter 36 mm, length 29 mm — measure the old part against them if you are unsure. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Guide bushings set the internal alignment of a cartridge.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 61123-09

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 24 mm

Outer Diameter: 36 mm

Length: 29 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/61123-09_3d459d19-653f-4d4f-9ffe-cda3c09088f8.png?v=1788881139
