Total black. Spark's alternative to the titanium Konix Evo is the same silencer in a stainless case finished in matt black ceramic — a motorcycle where the exhaust disappears rather than announcing itself.
Key Features
- Euro5+ homologated slip-on for the Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS and RR, 2025 to 2026.
- Konix Evo silencer in a stainless steel case, matt black ceramic finish.
- 2.0 kg against 3.1 kg standard.
- 2-into-1 stainless steel link pipe included.
- Dedicated carbon fibre heat shield.
- Same list price as the titanium version.
Ceramic on Stainless, Not Paint on Titanium
Spark builds the black version differently rather than colouring the titanium one. The case is stainless steel with a matt black ceramic treatment baked into the surface.
That is a deliberate combination. Ceramic bonds to stainless in a way it does not to titanium, and the result survives the heat cycling an exhaust puts a finish through — it does not blister, lift at the edges or fade the way high-temperature paint does. The finish is the reason for the material rather than the other way round.
What Black Costs on the Scales
Spark quotes 2.0 kg for this version against a 3.1 kg standard exhaust. The titanium version is lighter, because stainless under ceramic is a heavier construction than bare titanium.
Both are the same price, so this is a genuine choice rather than a saving. If the motorcycle is being built for weight, the titanium GTR0108TOM is the one. If it is being built to look a particular way — and on a Speed Triple in a dark colourway, black-on-black is a very coherent way — this one is, and the difference on a 200 kg motorcycle is not something a rider will feel.
Everything Else Is Identical
The silencer is the same Konix Evo case Spark supplies to SuperSport 600 World Championship teams. The kit includes the same 2-into-1 stainless link pipe and the same carbon fibre heat shield drawn specifically for this motorcycle.
And it carries the same Euro5+ homologation, which is the standard the 2025 Speed Triple is registered to. No ECU work, nothing else to buy, and nothing to explain at the next service.
A Championship Case, Approved
The Konix Evo is not a road silencer given a certificate. Spark states it is the very same case used in the SuperSport 600 World Championship, with a carbon fibre end cap, and the homologation belongs to the assembly around it rather than to a softened version of the silencer.
That is the reason to buy this rather than a generic black slip-on. What is bolted to the motorcycle is a race part; what makes it legal is the link pipe and the certification behind it.
Fitment & Compatibility
Triumph Speed Triple 1200 RS and RR, 2025 through 2026. The titanium version is GTR0108TOM. The racing underseat Dyno kits for this model year are GTR0109TC and GTR0109TR. Earlier machines take GTR0105TOM or the GTR0104 twin slip-ons.
Road Approval
Euro5+ homologated. Legal for road use as supplied.
