Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking.

Key Features

Outer Diameter 22 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Inner Diameter 15 mm

Öhlins part number 00124-02

Length 20 mm

Where It Sits

At 15 mm, 22 mm, 20 mm it fits one position only; the next size up carries a different number. Worn bushings show up as a knock over sharp edges before they show up as a leak. Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all. Bushings carry the side load so the seal only has to seal.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Order by part number — descriptions repeat across sizes, numbers do not. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.

Identifying the Right Part

Order under 00124-02. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. inner diameter 15 mm, outer diameter 22 mm, length 20 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Bushings carry the side load in a damper or fork and keep the moving parts concentric. Bushings carry the side load so the seal only has to seal.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00124-02

Category: Bushings

Inner Diameter: 15 mm

Outer Diameter: 22 mm

Length: 20 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00124-02_261585bd-2f76-4339-b157-e333e04f71da.png?v=1788868651
