Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension A 36 mm

Öhlins part number 21737-02

Dimension B 123 mm

Where It Sits

Öhlins publishes 36 mm, 123 mm for 21737-02 — the dimensions are the identity of the part. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly. A bent inner tube is scrap — straightening changes the wall and it bends again.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 21737-02 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. Öhlins states dimension a 36 mm, dimension b 123 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Axle clamps are machined so the axle clamps without pinching the fork out of alignment. Fork tubes are the structural part of the front end and carry the braking load into the yokes.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21737-02

Category: Inner Tubes

Dimension A: 36 mm

Dimension B: 123 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21737-02_54bc3b89-7dd8-43c9-8a3e-a3d369544d41.png?v=1788880175
