Öhlins does not sell service parts as pattern equivalents — there is one specification.

Key Features

Dimension B 40 mm

Dimension A 12 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Dimension C 10 mm

Öhlins part number 05375-16

Where It Sits

This one measures 12 mm, 40 mm, 10 mm, and those figures are what separate it from the neighbouring numbers. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue. Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

How to Be Sure It Fits

Part number 05375-16 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. Check dimension a 12 mm, dimension b 40 mm, dimension c 10 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 05375-16

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 12 mm

Dimension B: 40 mm

Dimension C: 10 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/05375-16_65e5888a-4e84-4090-ac63-f4e486793330.png?v=1788874052
