DescriptionThe whole story▼
Blue gives the Moto 4.5 a clean, factory-team look. It is the pant Leatt designed for core riders who race at weekends: refined pre-curved classic fit, Twisted Yarn stretch and a PFAS-free DWR C0 finish.
The expanded 1200D brace zone and the leather inner knee are there for riders on knee braces.
Key Features
- Leatt classic fit, pre-curved at the knees
- Twisted Yarn Stretch Material for 4-way stretch
- Waistlock in Hypalon that closes all the way round
- 1200D expanded inner-knee area against brace wear
- Twin/triple stitch construction
- Airflow via laser-cut perforation
- Locking YKK fly zipper
- PFAS-free DWR C0 treatment against dirt and water
Built for weekend motos
Leatt places durable 900D fabric without stretch where the pant rubs most. Leatt backs the seams with twin/triple stitching and reinforces stress points by direct injection. A YKK zip with semi-automatic lock keeps the fly shut.
Staying cool
Without a lining there is less bulk inside, and heat escapes more easily. Airflow comes through laser-cut perforations. The fabric is dirt- and water-repellent thanks to a DWR C0 finish made without PFAS. Materials carry OEKO-TEX and REACH testing.
How the 4.5 fits
This is not a skin-tight race pant: Leatt calls it a refined pre-curved classic fit, with room for knee guards underneath. Four-way stretch Twisted Yarn material moves with the body instead of against it. Up front, the 360° Hypalon Waistlock system closes the waist and locks it in place during hard riding. In this colourway you can choose from XS up to XXL.
Inner knee
Leatt widened the 1200D panel on the inner knee to cope with braces. Leather facing on the inner knee gives grip and resists heat, with several layers underneath.
Built for core riders
It is aimed at riders who race at weekends and want a pant that holds up between seasons. The combination of reinforced zones and a comfortable fit is what Leatt emphasises.
What you should know
Without a membrane, the shell only repels water; it does not keep out sustained rain. No impact protectors are built in; braces or guards come separately. The leather knee panels contain animal-derived material.
Colour
The main colour is a bright blue, broken up by white side panels, a large white Leatt triangle on the lower leg and black inner knees. The combination looks fresh with blue or white jerseys; the white panels will need more cleaning than the blue.
