The TRK 702 leaves the factory carrying 6.3 kg of silencer. Spark's Force Evo does the same job at 1.9 kg, keeps a Euro 5+ certificate in the box, and points its gases at the road rather than at your panniers.
Key Features
- Force Evo slip-on silencer for the Benelli TRK 702 and TRK 702 X, model years 2023 to 2026.
- Titanium body with a carbon fibre end cap.
- Euro 5+ approved: supplied with the homologation certificate, road legal in its delivered configuration.
- 1.9 kg against 6.3 kg for the standard silencer — 4.4 kg less, close to seventy per cent.
- Compatible with the original frame and the original side cases.
- db killer with an angled outlet that sends gases and heat downwards, away from the indicators and the luggage.
- Spark part number GBN0101TOM, made by Spark in Mantova, Italy.
Four and a Half Kilos, High and to One Side
Weight matters more when it sits where this one does. The standard TRK 702 silencer is a 6.3 kg lump hung high on the right of the bike, above and behind the rider's centre of mass. Taking 4.4 kg out of that spot changes how quickly the bike falls into a corner and how hard it argues on the way back up.
The numbers are Spark's own: 1.9 kg for the Force Evo, 6.3 kg for the part it replaces. It is the single cheapest way to make a loaded adventure bike feel less loaded.
The db Killer Is Aimed, Not Just Fitted
Spark makes a point of this one and it is worth repeating: the db killer on this silencer has a special angle that directs exhaust gases and heat downward, so that they do not interfere with the turn signals or overheat any bags.
Anyone who has melted the corner of a soft pannier on a hot exhaust knows why that detail is on the specification sheet. On a bike bought for distance, it is a design decision rather than a nicety.
Approved to Euro 5+
This is a homologated article. Spark had it tested and certified to the Euro 5+ noise limits, and the certificate travels with the silencer. Fitted as delivered, with the db killer in place, it is a road part in the eyes of a roadside check.
Keep the paperwork with the bike's documents. That single sheet is what turns an aftermarket silencer from an argument into a formality.
Frame and Side Cases Stay
Spark states it in capitals on the article page: compatible with the original frame and side cases. Nothing has to come off the bike permanently, and the pannier rails and cases you already own go back on afterwards.
That is not a given with adventure-bike exhausts. Plenty of silencers buy their shape by using the space the luggage needs.
What Spark Was Aiming For
Spark's development brief for the TRK 702 was a silencer with an aggressive but refined design, a deep and captivating sound, and full compliance with the Euro 5+ noise rules. The titanium body and carbon end cap carry the look; the internal volume and the sound-absorbing packing carry the tone.
It is the same recipe Spark uses on its sport bikes, adjusted for a machine that will spend its life at motorway speed with a tank bag on.
Fitment & Compatibility
Benelli TRK 702 and TRK 702 X, 2023 to 2026. This is a slip-on: it replaces the standard silencer and mounts to the original link pipe. If you are unsure which version of the TRK you have, send us the frame number and we will confirm it before the parcel leaves.
