Build Quality & Performance
K-Tech engineers the GBS-019 from hardened steel rather than the softer alloys found in some aftermarket alternatives. The copper intermediate layer bonds reliably to the steel substrate and acts as a sacrificial bearing surface during the running-in period, while the PTFE outer face provides the low-friction interface that contacts the fork tube day after day. The result is a bush that resists galling and oval wear far longer than a standard replacement, maintaining precise fork alignment and consistent damping response throughout its service life.

Installation Note
Installation of fork slide bushes requires fork disassembly, specialist pressing tools and the knowledge to set the correct seating depth. K-Tech specifies that fitting must be carried out by an authorised K-Tech Service Centre to guarantee optimal performance and safety. Please contact your nearest centre before ordering if you are unsure of the service availability in your region.

- Ducati Panigale 1299 R — model years 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018
This kit is not suitable for the standard (non-S, non-R) Ducati Panigale 1299. If you are unsure of your model variant, check the frame identification plate or consult your Ducati dealer before purchasing.
