The Rally is the Multistrada V4 for the longest trips, the ones that cross borders and continents and leave the last dealer hundreds of kilometres behind. Riders who plan journeys like that learn to think about what could go wrong on the way, and a broken brake lever after a slow tip-over on a mountain track is high on the list. Accossato makes the EDF099 for the Multistrada V4 Rally of 2023 to 2025: an aluminium lever from the CNC machine, anodised, with reach adjustment and three blade lengths.

Construction and Material Quality
Milled from aluminium and then anodised, the EDF099 is a compact, solid part. Its hub is black, and its blade carries whichever of the seven colours you order. The finish resists dust, rain and sun, the three things a long trip provides in quantity. The lever is fixed rather than hinged: in everyday use that keeps its feel constant, but in a fall it will not swing aside, which is exactly why the idea of a spare is worth a thought.
Far From a Workshop
Many long-distance riders carry a small set of spares, and a brake lever is one of the most common items in it: light, small, and able to stop a journey if it breaks. A spare EDF099 in the luggage of a Multistrada V4 Rally means that a tip-over on a remote track costs half an hour at the roadside instead of days waiting for a part. If you fit one Accossato lever to the bike and pack a second, you also know the spare will feel exactly like the lever you are used to.
Practise the swap at home before you leave. Find out which tools your bike needs, check that they are in your kit, and try the change once in the garage, where you have light and time. Fitment and Compatibility
This reference is listed by Accossato for one Rally span only: the Multistrada V4 Rally from 2023 to 2025. The EDF099 replaces the original front brake lever of those bikes. For the clutch of the Rally, Accossato's list offers no lever.
