DescriptionThe whole story▼
This single-hose kit replaces the hydraulic clutch line on the Honda CB 1000 R RA, built between 2008 and 2016, and fits both the ABS and non-ABS versions of the bike since the clutch circuit is unaffected by whether the brakes carry anti-lock hardware. It sits alongside Accossato's several brake-line kits for the same naked Honda, each sold separately depending on the layout chosen, so the clutch and brake upgrades are always two distinct purchases.
Key Features
- Single braided hose for the CB1000R's hydraulic clutch circuit
- Fits both the ABS and non-ABS versions of the bike
- Clutch (C) layout, matching the original hose routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
The hose is built from a woven stainless braid over the pressure line, with the end fitting available bare or painted in red, green, blue, black or gold stainless on this application. The full twenty-colour sheath range applies, so this clutch hose can be matched to whichever of the four brake-line kits Accossato lists for the same bike.
One Clutch Part, Four Brake Layouts
Accossato splits the CB1000R's brake-line options into four separate kits by layout and hose count, but the clutch circuit needs only this one part regardless of which brake kit is chosen or whether the bike has ABS. That makes ordering simpler for a workshop handling the clutch alongside any combination of the brake upgrades, since the clutch part never changes regardless of which brake kit is chosen.
Fitment and Compatibility
This clutch hose fits the Honda CB 1000 R RA sold between 2008 and 2016, in both ABS and non-ABS form. Accossato lists four separate brake-line kits for this bike by layout: Standard (AGF2800 or AGF2821 for ABS), Over-the-mudguard (AGF2801) and Full-length (AGF2819); check the Fitment tab to pick the matching brake kit alongside this clutch hose, since the four brake parts differ by both routing and ABS status.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
1 braided hose for the Clutch layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
