Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be changed freely. Fittings are specific to the hose and the housing they connect. Hose length is specific to the installation and cannot be substituted freely.

Why the Original

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. If you are between two sizes, send us the measurement and we will check it against the catalogue. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 01042-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Check dimension a 1 mm, dimension b 8 mm, dimension c 290 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Hose length is part of the installation and cannot be substituted freely. Öhlins pressure-tests its hoses because a reservoir line carries the full gas charge.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01042-01

Category: Hoses

Dimension A: 1 mm

Dimension B: 8 mm

Dimension C: 290 mm

Thread: M10x1

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01042-01_3c64a464-b27c-4fb4-b11e-b2c75b9fb72d.png?v=1788870424
